Calories Not the Same in Activity App/Healthkit and Gymatic Phone App

Calories saved in HealthKit is calculated from Apple's framework which we think is just based on time. Calories saved in the Gymatic phone app is base on time and the kind of exercise you are doing. 

We are still not sure which is more ideal or accurate maybe in the future we will use our own calculation and save it in HealthKit.
