Just one more step -- how to fix it
On the watch, you may get an error message saying "Just one more step", like the screenshot below:
There are two possibilities. First, the message may be asking you to login. In the phone app, next to your profile picture in the Settings tab, it should say "please login". Click to login or sign up for a new account. Note that our account is 100% free, it is used to store your past rounds. It is different from your iTunes account that you would use for signing up for Premium service. You may have to logout first, then log back in if login error persists.
Second, the message may be asking you to sign up for Premium service. Please make sure you have the yellow premium checkmark next to your profile picture like shown in the screenshot above. You may have to signup or restore purchase.
If you are still seeing error messages, after making sure you are logged in and you are premium in the phone app, please reboot your watch. It might be that the phone/watch communication is broken, so that the watch is not seeing the status. Reboot will reset the communication link.
