How to use weight picker to set weight in smaller increment?

The weight picker's range is dynamic to enable fast entry with good resolution. It starts with 0.25 increment around last weight, then the increment goes up to enable fast entry. Then, close the log screen, then open it again, the weight picker will be populated with smaller increment so that you can set accurately.
