Guided mode on Apple Watch tutorial

If you have a workout already (see other tutorials on how to create a workout), the watch can guide you through the workout in Guided mode. 

First, launch guided mode, pick a workout to start. 



When performing an exercise for the first time, you have to tap to log an exercise. Watch will learn the new motion when you tap (can be turned off in Settings).



Once an exercise is learned, it will auto log in the future. You do not need to tap screen anymore.. 



When you end workout, we show a summary screen as follows. 


Note: The Rest time you specified in the workout program is for rest time BEFORE the set, instead of after.
